Student Help Desk
Help Desk Setup Location and Operation:
The Help Desk is located at the entrance of the University Administrative Block and Entrance of the Controller of Examination Section, function during University working hours.
Facilities:
The Help Desk will be equipped with a computer system with internet access, a landline phone (0416-2274100), and an intercom.
Grievance Guidance and Resolution:
Help Desk staff will address grievances in the first instance. If additional assistance is required, the grievance will be referred to the relevant department/section, following an established escalation procedure to ensure timely and effective resolution.
